Particles takes four channels of trigger and gate information and treats them as raw material rather than a fixed pattern, repeating triggers across a distribution window, shifting them manually, randomly, or on the clock, and resetting each channel independently so four simple inputs can turn into a pattern that keeps changing.

Per-channel controls let probability decide whether a repetition or an entire trigger disappears, clock-division muting pulls channels in and out on the beat, and a dedicated random output can be clocked for CV modulation on the side. Every slider position is remembered, so a pattern you land on by chance is one you can get back to.
