Every Patching Panda module is covered against defects in materials or workmanship for three years from your purchase date. Hang on to your invoice, we’ll ask for it.

If something goes wrong in that time, we’ll repair, service, and recalibrate the unit at no charge on a return-to-factory basis. You’re responsible for the cost of shipping it to us.

This warranty doesn’t cover faults caused by the wrong power voltage, a reversed power connection, rough handling, removed knobs, or other clearly self-inflicted damage, repairs like those are billed at our standard rate.

Patching Panda accepts no liability for injury to people or damage to other equipment arising from the use of this product.

Please ship anything sent back for repair or replacement in its original packaging, we can’t take responsibility for damage that happens in transit. So before sending us anything, contact us.
